1. However, when the glue point is large, the screw rotation time is long, which will reduce the output of the whole machine. In addition, the viscosity and flow characteristics of the glue will affect its stability.
Non-contact drip pump
1. Working principle: compressed air is sent into the rubber bottle (syringe), and the rubber is pressed into the feed pipe connected with the piston chamber, where it is heated and the temperature is controlled to achieve the best consistent viscosity. Using a ball socket structure, the glue fills the gap left by the ball retracting from the socket. When the ball comes back, due to the force generated by acceleration, the glue flow is cut off, and it is ejected from the glue needle nozzle, and drops onto the plate to form glue spots.
